Mystic Chamber Honors Business Leaders

The Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce will honor several local business leaders this week, including its volunteers of the year and its employer of the year, during the chamber’s annual gala at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods.

The chamber’s Employer of the Year is Jeff Marshall of the Mystic Shipyard. The award recognizes Marshall for his outstanding service and dedication to his employees. The Mystic Shipyard employs 18, many of whom were already employed there when Marshall purchased the yard 14 years ago and they remain employees there today.
